Material Feature
1 | Aluminum | Aluminum parts are economical, lightweight and attractive. Parts made from this metal are often less expensive because they can be machined in less time. 7075 aluminum has a higher strength to weight ratio over 6061. Not all aluminums are created equally. |
3 | Copper | This metal is a very good conductor of heat and can be machined to any form. Copper is resistant to rust and other corrosion. It is also very good for electrical conductivity. |
2 | Brass | Brass is a metal made of copper and zinc, having a muted yellow color. It has good corrosion resistance against seawater. It is a highly durable material. The most common type of brass for machining is C360, which is a free cutting brass. |
4 | Stainless Steel | Custom stainless steel parts are often used in: containers, handles, marine parts, engine parts, cooking utensils, medical devices, hospital instruments, lab equipment, and architectural parts. Did you know that some stainless will corrode? 316 stainless is a robust stainless used in the marine industry and is very good for corrosion resistance. |
5 | Steel | Steel parts are often economical and are used in countless ways including: electronic enclosures, automotive parts, engine parts, lighting fixtures, appliances, bolts, nuts, tools, etc. There are many types of steel - the most economical steel to machine is C12L14 |
6 | Exoric Alloy | High Temperature alloy steels are often specified when high strength is needed in moderate to large sections. Also, thermally treated alloy steels generally offer high strength-to-weight ratios. A2 material will provide good wear resistance. |
7 | Phenolic | Phenolic is the oldest thermoset material and is still widely used to mold a variety of parts in the electrical, housewares, automotive and energy industries. |
8 | Plastic | Plastics are comparable to metals in cost per weight with plastics generally being less costly by volume. That implies the material cost will be less if the material quality of plastic is adequate. |
9 | Industrial Plastic | Plastics are comparable to metals in cost per weight. Plastics are generously less costly by volume. That implies the material cost will be less if the material quality of plastic is adequate. Some plastics are more wear resistant then others. We can provide UHMW - Acetal - Nylon and various other plastic materials. |

14 FAQs:
1. Q: We are a small company. Will you offer customized machining services for us?
A: Of course, JingBang treat everybody equally.
1) We serve all types of organizations.
2) We would like to help a small company grow up to be multi-national corporations.
2. Q: Does my design will be kept confidential?
A: Yes, your intellectual property must strictly abide confidentiality agreement.
3. Q: Do you offer FAI (First Article Inspection) report and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) report?
A: We do offer FAI and PPAP for parts we make.
4. Q: Do you have an engineer?
A: Yes, our senior engineer offers technical aid with most questions that you may have, including 3D Drawing Design service.
5. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: We can produce parts in quantities from one piece to thousands of pieces.
Costs are based on amortizing set-up, administration, and material costs over the quantity ordered.
Traditionally the higher the quantity the lower the piece price, in other words, no quantity is too small or too large for us.
6. Q: How can I get a quote?
A: Please email us and we'll contact you within hours. You'll get a copy of Must Know Quote Details Formin your email.
Please complete and resend at the same time.
7. Q: How long is a quotation sent out?
A: We understand that the proverbial "early bird gets the worm", and so we work to be the first to provide you a quotation.
1) Usually, we respond within 24 hours of receiving an RFQ.
2) The quotation maybe delayed by material sourced from an external supply, but an RFQ must deal with within 48 hours.
8. Q: How does JingBang's price compare to other peer suppliers?
A: This is a complex question with many variables. eg. the cost of locally-sourced raw material versus imported material, also include
currency fluctuations between different countries, energy costs, technical development cost and local labor cost.
In general,
1) Our prices will be between 5-10% more expensive than other peer suppliers, but we are not abashed for it. Rather, it
demonstrates best investment in skilled engineer, and we use high-quality materials and automatic equipments.
2) Automatic Production keep our operators from harm's way allowing for a much safer work environment.
3) We are only competing quality, technical service and delivery time against peer suppliers.
9. Q: What is your quality system?
A: JingBang has been registered SGS, ISO9001:2008, IATF16949:2016, ISO13485:2016, OHSAS18001:2007 and ISO14001:2004
Certificates.
10. Q: What if we are not completely satisfied with the parts we receive?
A: 1) About Machining Parts, if it is practical to do so, we will replace free of charge any parts that you are not completely satisfied.
2) About Plastic Injection Molded and Pressure Die Cast samples, F1(First tooling samples) are never completely satisfactory,
this is an industry norm. For example, F1 samples rarely carry the final finish as the customer often finds the need to modify the
design and have tooling changes made.
3) If that is not practical, then we will credit the customer a negotiated sum.
11. Q: Can I pay priority express fee and get my parts sooner?
A: Sure, price term is EXW, you can arrange shipping using any preferred method at your discretion.
12. Q: Do you offer assembly or sub-assembly service?
A: Yes, we can provide assembly/sub-assembly services.
13. Q: Do you have 5-axis cnc machines to customize machining products?
A: Yes, 5-axis cnc machines are amazing, invite you to experience the sophisticated products machined by 5-axis machines.
We'll get you the machined parts exactly to your needs.
14. Q: Can I get a tour of your operations?
A: Absolutely, we encourage you to visit us, so you can meet our team and see our capabilities first-hand.
